Return Policy

At Salem Aura our customers are our number one priority. We pride ourselves on providing quality products and service to our customers.

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Whilst all attempts have been made to describe the fragrances as accurately as possible it is highly subjective so please choose carefully. Due to hygienic reasons no refunds will be offered unless the item is faulty. We are always here to help if you require further assistance in choosing a fragrance. Faulty Items

When items are faulty, you may choose between a refund or exchange for the products concerned. Refunds and exchanges will only be made once faulty items have been returned to Salem Aura.

When items arrive damaged upon delivery from Australia Post, you must contact Salem Aura within 48 hours of delivery. The delivery box and damaged goods must be kept, as these maybe necessary for an insurance claim from Australia Post. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package in order to investigate the damage claim. Refunds or exchange will only occur once a claim has been submitted to Australia Post and a claim number has been forwarded to Salem Aura.

Applying for a Return

Please email hello@salemaura.com.au quoting your invoice number, problem and contact number so that we can assist you and provide you with a return authorization.

Important Note for Returns
Essential Oil Perfumes Returns
  1. Essential Oil Perfumes must be returned within 7 days of receiving credit authorization approval. (If applicable)
  2. Replacement goods will be shipped only after the goods returned are received and then assessed by us. The replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours of being assessed.
  3. Refunds will be credited within 24 hours of an assessment being made.
  4. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
  5. Items returned to us without credit authorization approval will be returned to the sender at no cost to Salem Aura.
  6. The products are the customers responsibility until they reach Salem Aura, so please ensure you take the necessary precautions such as, securely packing the items, shipping the items with a tracking number, as Salem Aura will not take any responsibility for any products that go missing or arrives damaged to Salem Aura.
  7. Please choose carefully as we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or on sale items. Please do not hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team via email at –hello@salemaura.com.au
 Returns for Jewelry, Journals, Mugs
  1. We will happily exchange or refund your online purchase provided the product is returned to us in its original condition within 14 days from delivery.
  2. All returns to be received by us in the original unworn/unused condition in which they were sent and must include all packaging supplied by us.
  3. SALE and DISCOUNTED items can be happily exchanged or credited but are not available for refund. Refunds will not be given for change of mind on sale products.
  4. Refunds will be made in the same method as the purchase payment.
  5. Returns that are incomplete, damaged, worn or returned without their original packaging, tags etc originally supplied by us may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.
